Sanderson Weatherall’s industrial team in Leeds has completed the sale of 257,000 sq ft of industrial space at California Drive, Wakefield Europort on behalf of administrators Ernst and Young. The properties consisted of a 200,000 sq. ft. distribution warehouse together with a detached 57,000 sq ft unit.
