CBRE, the global real estate advisor, can today announce the appointment of Warren Ashwood to its UK Property and Asset Management (PAM) business as a Director within its growing retail management team.
Warren will be based in London reporting into John Prestwich, Head of Retail Management of UK PAM. Warren joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a Partner, with over 28 years of experience in commercial real estate, the last 14 of which focused on retail property management.
As part of the move, Warren will be joined by Richard Robinson, also from Cushman & Wakefield, who will join CBRE as a Senior Surveyor.
Warren and Richard’s appointments follow recent additions to the team including Pippa Rangecroft who joined as a Director in October 2013. In total, the team now property manages 50 shopping centres in the UK, across EMEA this figure rises to more than 200.
