Colliers International has let 16 Palacecraig Street, Coatbridge ML5 4RY to SES Holdings (UK) Limited, the rail to mining engineering services company, on behalf of a private investor. The property, let on a five-year lease at an annual rent of £32,900, incorporates two detached steel-framed industrial workshops and office accommodation, a total of 6,266 sq ft (582 sq m), in addition to a secure yard.
