Chantrey Vellacott, one of the longest established firm of chartered accountants in the UK, has officially unveiled a new corporate image following a five-month project in partnership with Edge Design.
The firm worked closely with this respected brand and digital design agency to create a fresh look which also reflects its strong heritage.
Managing Partner Mike Tovey said: “We’re really pleased to have launched our new look which forms a vital part of our long-term vision for Chantrey Vellacott.
“We felt a change was needed to reflect the growth and development of the firm and to support our new five year strategic plan, while also strongly reflecting the legacy we have inherited from our past which dates back to 1788.
“Everyone associated with Chantrey Vellacott is really proud of our heritage so our core message of ‘Thinking forward since 1788’ is a perfect fit for us.”
The firm held workshops with staff and the team at Edge Design to help create the new brand.
Tovey added: “We want this look to be with us for many years to come so it was vital we got it right.
“From the outset it was clear Edge Design understood the brief and we’re thrilled with the result – it feels like we are wearing a suit that fits perfectly.”
Steve Edge, from Edge Design based in Shoreditch, added: “The overriding feeling from the conversations we had with the firm and during the workshops was the importance of the human touch and relationships that Chantrey Vellacott forges with its clients.
“The concept we’ve created builds on these key messages by referencing the human eye as well as combining them with a forward thinking progressive feel.
“It is extremely rare to find a business steeped in as much history as Chantrey Vellacott in this day and age, so it was important to encompass that in everything that we did, whilst also recognising just how far the firm has evolved.
“This new look brings with it a breath of fresh air and we believe it complements all that the firm stands for.”
The new identity is being incorporated throughout all of Chantrey Vellacott’s offices across the country and company literature, including the website www.cvdfk.com.
