The detached industrial unit was set in a rural location close to Taunton and was available at a rent of £3,950 per annum. The unit had a gross internal area of 131.91 sq m (1,419 sq ft) and had planning consent for B8 (warehouse/distribution) and B1 (light industrial) use. Outside there was a yard to the side with parking for 3/4 vehicles.
