Business leaders gather near Southampton for the first round of business breakfast briefings in 2014 by the South Coast office of Smith & Williamson.
The accountancy and investment management group is hosting the complimentary event at the Best Western Chilworth Manor, Chilworth, on Thursday, February 6.
Including full English breakfast, the briefing from 7.30am to 9am explores opportunities for the year ahead. More than 120 people usually attend.
Richard Green, Managing Partner at the Southampton office of Smith & Williamson, said: “Our presenters will consider confidence amongst entrepreneurs, look at significant tax changes and consider what may happen in the financial markets – particularly if quantitative easing begins to unwind.”
Presenters include Andrew Edmonds, Partner, Assurance and Business Services, Rebecca Combes, Partner, tax services to business, and Colin Elwell, Partner, Investment Management.
A similar briefing is being held at the De Vere Village Hotel, Wessex Fields, Deansleigh Road, Bournemouth, on Tuesday, January 28.
