The National Investment team at Deloitte Real Estate Manchester has disposed of Gunn JCB’s Earthmover House on Battlefield Road in Shrewsbury and relocated the business to a new site at the Battlefield Industrial Park on March Way, Shrewsbury.
Callum Robertson, director based at Deloitte Real Estate in Manchester said: “We are very pleased that we were able to secure an unconditional acquisition and disposal simultaneously. Earthmover House will be redeveloped to provide a great new food and drink offer to the town.”
Gunn JCB’s Earthmover House office on Battlefield Road has been acquired by The Restaurant Group. The Business plans to regenerate the site to provide two 4,000 sq ft restaurants to be operated by its well-known Italian-American and Mexican food brands.
Deloitte Real Estate advised Gunn JCB on its disposal strategy. Using specialist market knowledge, the team was able to draw the transaction to a swift conclusion, ensuring a seamless relocation.
