The proximity to Bristol’s business quarter at Temple Quay, and to the mainline railway at Temple Meads, continues to draw companies to office accommodation offered at The Crescent Centre.
As companies search out good quality secondary stock in the area – with all the advantages of being close to Bristol’s business heart, at a fraction of the cost of being in Grade A space, accommodation such as that at The Crescent Centre in Temple Back remains in demand.
Arriva Transport Solutions Limited and Classroom Video Limited are the latest companies to relocate to The Crescent Centre. Arriva Transport Solutions has taken 2,435 sq ft of space on the 3rd floor at the Crescent Centre, keen to be close to Temple Meads, while Classroom Video, which has relocated from nearby St Thomas Lane to gain room for expansion, has taken 1,640 sq ft also on the 3rd floor.
