Acting on behalf of private clients, the South Coast team of national commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), has secured two new tenants for office space in Ocean Village.
Leases on the ground, first and second floors at 2 Meridians Cross have been agreed, with 1,625 and 910 sq ft being signed for across two deals. The Clyde Group, which provides support services to the marine, offshore and commercial business sectors, will occupy the ground and first floors. The new tenant is relocating from Canute Road in Southampton, to support its business growth. It is joined by E3 Consulting taking 910 sq ft on the second floor. E3 Consulting is an award winning independent property tax practice specialising in capital allowances, land remediation tax relief and VAT on real estate, and is relocating from Town Quay.
Joyce Downie, Group Managing Director at The Clyde Group, commented: “The premises themselves, both in accommodation and situation, are well aligned to our business needs. The icing on the cake is the car parking facilities – greatly appreciated by our staff and visitors alike.”
Elise Evans of LSH’s South Coast team added: “The Clyde Group and E3 Consulting are welcome additions to the Meridians Cross office development. Despite a very tough office market, the building is now fully let within a year of commencing the marketing campaign.”
