Vickery Holman have let another two units at Bell Park Industrial Estate, Newnham, Plympton which takes the total number of lettings in the past 12 months to seven. Bell Park is accessed from Bell Close and comprises of 23 industrial units arranged in five separate blocks of varying sizes from 1,410 sq ft up to 6,344 sq ft.
The last 12 months have seen three existing tenants expand and take further space being; Amari Plastics PLC, Allen Welding Ltd and Streets Ahead Ventures. The estate is managed by Envoy Property Management who are part of the Vickery Holman group. Justin Armstrong, Director of Envoy Property Management comments “We have managed Bell Park for almost 10 years, and this success just goes to show that effective property management is key to retaining tenants and bringing new tenants to the estate.”
In addition to the expansion of existing tenants, the estate has also seen new companies take up occupation and these include Applied Tube Technology Ltd, H & H Painting Contractors Ltd, Tamar Couriers Ltd and DL Flowers Ltd. The estate has proved extremely popular with a whole range of different businesses taking space and there continues to be enquiries despite the estate now being fully let.
Joanne Harwood of Vickery Holman comments “Just over 12 months ago we had 7 units vacant and so I am pleased that the estate is now fully let. This just goes to show that the market has vastly improved over the past 12 months and there is now a lack of similar units within the vicinity.”
