Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell has let one of the last remaining units on Fareham’s Dean Estate to drinks and confectionery wholesaler, Solent Wholesale & Distribution Ltd as it relocates from smaller premises to the new facilities on Wickham Road.
Dean Estate is excellently located close to the M27 and A32 allowing easy access across the South Coast. The units have been recently refurbished to provide first class storage facilities, car parking and they also benefit from on-site security. The remaining two available units, seven (1,700 sq ft) and eight (7,600 sq ft) are both ready for immediate occupation at quoting rents of £8,500pa and £24,000pa respectively.
