Peter Bridgewater has been appointed as the new Finance Director of Sembcorp Bournemouth Water (SBW).
A chartered accountant, he has a power industry background including 16 years with the E.ON group in the UK and USA, latterly as Managing Director of E.ON’s energy commodity trading business in the UK.
His other roles with E.ON included Finance Director of UK generation and of the regulated power distribution company and Managing Director of an energy services business.
Peter trained with the accountancy firm which has now become PwC in London and worked as a management consultant for five years in the UK and Africa on water and power businesses.

I am sure that his extensive experience in the energy sector as well as his obvious knowledge and skills will be a great benefit to SBW and help us meet the challenges of the future.””]
SBW supplies drinking water to approximately half a million people in parts of Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire.
The company supplies approximately 185,000 households and 16,500 businesses through a system of seven major treatment works and a network of about 2,800 kilometres of water main.
Peter Bridgewater succeeds David Sayers who has retired from SBW.
