Chesterton Humberts have recently agreed the letting of Unit 14 Millwey Rise Industrial Estate, Weycroft Avenue, Axminster. The mid terrace industrial unit had a gross internal area of 106.8 sq m (1,149 sq ft) and had recently been refurbished and had a quoting rent of £5,950 plus VAT. The unit was located on the established Millwey Rise trading estate close to Axminster town centre. The unit included office, WC facilities and a roller shutter door and was available by way of a new lease.
