Goadsby have expanded their Valuation team in Southampton with the arrival of Liam Small from their Bournemouth Commercial office. Liam is currently undertaking his Assessment of Professional Competence with the RICS in order to become a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor. In Southampton he will be focusing on landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals and rent reviews, whilst continuing to support with valuations and providing advice on business rates.
Robert Fairbairn FRICS, Divisional Director commented, ‘Liam has been with Goadsby since graduating from Portsmouth University in 2010 and is now well on his way to becoming a fully-fledged member of the RICS. He will be a valuable asset to the Southampton Team’.
