The second of two 5,000 sq ft prestige business units on the site of a former brick works at Ramsdell has been let to a high technology company.
Aerotech Ltd who manufacture and distribute precision motion control products have taken Kent House at the Old Brick Kiln, off Monk Sherborne Road.
Simon Smith of Aerotech is delighted with the move, and said “the building was finished to an advanced shell construction stage and has allowed us to maximise the flexibility and opportunity to brand the premises to meet our corporate needs”.
After Vision RT leased Stanley House the sister building in February, Aerotech began negotiations to take Kent House and agreed a 10 year lease.
“Everyone who viewed these properties was impressed by the high quality finishes in the central core and the options for the main areas and the rear loading door” reports James Clay of London Clancy.
“The distinct styling of the buildings and solid build made letting them very straight forward as the commercial property market begins to improve, there is a shortage of good quality stock both office and industrial” continued Clay.
London Clancy and Brunsden Associates were joint letting agents for the private landlord.
