DTZ lets Leicester office to training provider

The Nottingham office of real estate adviser, DTZ together with joint agent, Lambert Smith Hampton has let a Leicester city centre office to Heart of England Training.

A 15 year lease has been agreed on 4,166 sq ft of office space at James House, located on Welford Road. DTZ, who are also the managing agent for the property, acted on behalf of the landlord, Glanmore Property Fund Ltd.

Heart of England Training specialises in apprenticeships and vocational training and will be using the premises as a training centre for hairdressing, beauty therapy, business administration, ICT and a variety of day courses. The property is currently undergoing a fit out with the aim of being fully operational by early 2012.

Gemma Eyre, Surveyor at DTZ, commented: “We are delighted to have agreed this letting to Heart of England Training. James House is located in a prominent position within Leicester city centre and benefits from excellent public transport links making it an ideal base for a training centre.”
