National commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has announced the appointment of Adam Ramshaw as its new head of office in Birmingham.
Adam steps up from his role as director of capital markets to lead a team of 70 property professionals providing transaction and consultancy services to major stakeholders across the private and public sectors.
Adam said: “To become head of office at Lambert Smith Hampton is a fantastic opportunity for me. The timing couldn’t be better – the uncertainty in the market appears to be fading and we are seeing an upturn in opportunities in both consultancy and transactions. We have a dedicated and experienced team of property professionals here in Birmingham who will ensure that LSH capitalises fully on the market and helps clients fulfil their ambitions.”
Ezra Nahome, CEO, added: “With over 10 years experience in the Birmingham market, Adam is ideally placed to lead our team. Since joining LSH two years ago, he has been involved in a number of major projects and deals and I am confident that he will continue to grow our market presence.”
He takes over from Ian Kibble who will remain involved with the company on a consultancy basis, working in a strategic client development role with Severn Trent Water Plc and other key clients in the Midlands. Ian has spent the majority of his career at LSH and its predecessor firms, having started with Wilson and Partners in 1980 (later Connell Wilson) who merged with LSH in 1995.
Ezra added: “Ian has been a great asset to LSH over the past 33 years and we would like to wish him success in his new role as a consultant.”
