Jones Lang LaSalle’s Shopping Centre Management team in Birmingham has appointed Dawn Cox and Jayne Clark to assist with its growing portfolio.
New contracts with Ankerside in Tamworth and Northfield Shopping Centre, plus continued work with Mell Square shopping centre in Solihull following a competitive pitch, has created the need to strengthen its now 12 strong line-up.
Carrie Sanders, director of the UK Shopping Centre Management team in Birmingham said: “Jones Lang LaSalle is one of the market leaders in shopping centre management and handles a number of national accounts including Hammerson and SWIP’s (Scottish Widows Investment Partnerships) £8.5bn portfolio, which it gained earlier this year, and in the Midlands includes Castle Quay in Banbury. In the city, notable schemes managed by the team include The Mailbox.
“Dawn and Jayne have a great opportunity to develop their careers and join at an exciting time in the team’s development and continued growth.”
Dawn moves to Shopping Centre Management from Jones Lang LaSalle’s Portfolio Property Management team, whilst Jayne joins from DTZ.
