Bristol chocolate confectionery company Elizabeth Shaw has relocated its UK head office from Pucklechurch to a more prestigious location in Stoke Gifford in a deal negotiated by property consultants Alder King.
Elizabeth Shaw, which employs 14 sales, marketing, finance and administration staff in Bristol, has signed an assignment of a lease on 2,321 sq ft of ground floor space at Unit 1 Glentworth Court in Lime Kiln Close.
The head tenant FRP Advisory vacated the property earlier this year when it relocated to Kings Orchard overlooking Bristol’s floating harbour in another deal handled by Alder King.
David Boulton, financial controller at Elizabeth Shaw, explained: “It was important that our UK headquarters better reflected our position as one of the UK’s leading luxury chocolate brands. These modern and efficient offices in an attractive business setting close to Parkway give us a convenient and prestigious base and an improved working environment.”
Tom Dugay of Alder King’s award-winning office agency team said: “This office suite was a great fit for Elizabeth Shaw. Their requirement together with growing demand from a wide range of other occupiers for good quality well-located office space continues to put pressure on supply both in the city centre and out of town.”
