Acting on behalf of Apia Regional Office Fund, DTZ has concluded the letting of a further executive office at Sunlight House, Quay Street, Manchester.
Harrison’s Business Recovery and Insolvency Ltd. has relocated from Salford Quays to refurbished space at Sunlight House to accommodate its desire for a high profile city centre location.
Daniel Barnes, Office Agent at DTZ commented: “Whilst there was a healthy supply of office accommodation in Manchester city centre within Harrison’s size criteria, Sunlight House provided them with a Spinningfields location and the pragmatic attitude of Apia which proved a winning combination. There are further executive offices available from 700 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft.”
Paul Boyle, Director at Harrisons said: “Sunlight House proved to be a good solution for our relocation from Salford Quays to Manchester city centre; the iconic building is positioned within Spinningfields and enables a good platform for the growth of our company.”
Sunlight House is an iconic Grade II listed building and is one of Manchester city centre’s landmarks. The building is owned by the Apia Regional Office Fund, a jointly managed fund between Aviva Investors and Warner Estates, which offers 200,000 sq ft of office, retail and leisure premises over 14 floors. The building is now 90% occupied.
DTZ, OBI & Canning O’Neill are jointly marketing the building.
