Leading advertising agency CHI & Partners will expand its London offices after securing almost 12,500 sq ft across two floors at The Charlotte Building in Gresse Street, W1, from landlord Derwent London.
Cushman & Wakefield advised the agency on a lease which will see it move into the building’s first floor later this year. The deal also included the pre-let of the ground floor, which becomes vacant next year.
Shaun Paterson, in Cushman & Wakefield’s London Occupier Representation team, said: “CHI & Partners’ new office is within a short walk of its London headquarters and is perfectly positioned to take advantage of London’s ever-growing media and tech sector. The building also reflects the agency’s reputation for quality and innovation.”
