Vickery Holman have just announced that the former Remploy premises at Longrock, Penzance are being remarketed due to an abortive transaction at a reduced price of £425,000 for the freehold.
The building benefits from being in a prominent position within the Longrock Industrial Estate – the main commercial and trade counter location for the area.
The estate has recently seen the arrival of Screwfix, a deal which Vickery Holman were involved in, which has added to the already strong mix of trade counter occupiers in situ.
Alan Treloar, Head of Agency at Vickery Holman advises, “the former Remploy property has a balance of good quality office space, main production and dispatch areas with the benefit of a loading canopy to the rear and is situated in its own grounds of around 0.51 hectares (1.26 acres) with plenty of car parking, circulation space and yard. It also now benefits from a recently obtained planning consent for use as a builders merchants with trade sales and showroom areas.”
The building itself measures approximately 987 sq m (10,624 sq ft).
