DTZ is pleased to announce that Richard Yorke has been appointed as Head of UK Research.
Richard has a diverse background in consulting and research covering both UK property investment and lending markets. He will report into Hans Vresen, Global Head of Research and Colin Wilson, Head of UK & Ireland. Richard will be based in London and commence his new role on 22 July.
Richard’s appointment follows the appointment of Andrew Ness as the new Head of North Asia Research based in Hong Kong. Andrew brings Chinese language skills as well as a wealth of China and Asian research experience from his time at CBRE and ULI. He will cover Greater China, Japan and South Korea and report into Hans Vrensen as well as to Edward Cheung, CEO for North Asia.
