Acting on behalf of Winchester City Council, Goadsby have let 64 St George’s Street, Winchester to Maraga Polish Delicatessen.
The ground floor retail unit is approximately 444 sq ft (41.25 sq m) and has been let on a five year lease.
Amy Baker of Goadsby comments – ‘We received a lot of interest in this retail unit and were pleased to be able to achieve the headline rental of £18,000 per annum, which shows there is still a good demand for secondary retail units in Winchester City Centre’.
