GBR Phoenix Beard has recruited five new regional facilities managers (‘RFM’s’) into its asset management team to support a steep growth in instructions from existing asset management clients. The new RFM’s will cover property portfolios on the south coast, north of the M25, Kent/Essex, Yorkshire and Liverpool.
Rod Witton, a director in GBR Phoenix Beard’s asset management team, says this additional resource will enhance the service the team is able to offer clients:
“Our institutional clients’ property portfolios are located across the whole of the UK, and over the last 12 months these clients have taken advantage of market conditions to make further property acquisitions. The new appointments will allow us to service the additional requirements of our clients and improve on our coverage across areas where we have traditionally managed from our offices in London and Birmingham.”
