Delta Properties, the Group which owns the 640 acre Central Park in Severnside, has today announced the appointment of Roxhill Developments Limited as its new joint venture development manager for Central Park, Bristol.
Roxhill will assume its new role with immediate effect. It replaces Goodman UK Logistics, which has been the development manager at Central Park since January 2010.

Goodman has been a reliable partner for us until now; we thank them for all of their efforts and we wish them well for the future. We look forward to Roxhill helping us make significant further progress in securing top quality occupiers for Central Park.”
Jason Dalby, Managing Director of Roxhill commented, “We are delighted to have been appointed as development manager for Central Park. We have built a strong working relationship with Delta over the last few years and we look forward to helping make Central Park a huge success in the South West.”
Goodman UK Logistics will continue to manage the construction of the CHEP UK unit at Central Park, which will be operational in the second quarter of 2012.
GVA and Knight Frank will remain joint letting agents for the scheme.
