Minworth Trade Park has signed up two more tenants adding a splash of colour to this highly acclaimed trade park with a fresh flower distributor and a decorators merchants both taking new units.
Onno Flowers, who will shortly be changing their name to Flowervision Birmingham have taken 7,874 sq ft whilst Brewers Paints have moved into a 5,419 sq ft unit.
These two lettings follow hot on the heels of deals to RadshapeRC and Farr UK such that only five units on this 250,000 sq ft development remain available. Existing units provide: 4,095 sq ft, 5,574 sq ft, 7,757 sq ft and 7,821 sq ft whilst a design and build site can accommodate up to 45,000 sq ft.
Onno Martens of Onno Flowers said: “This unit now means that we will have an even bigger selection of fresh flowers, plants and sundries for our customers to choose from on location.
