The Southampton Jones Lang LaSalle Industrial & Logistics team have, on behalf of Terrace Hill, completed a hat- trick of property deals on Chirstchurch Business Park.

The first deal was the sale of Unit 18 (1,178 sq ft) and Unit 19 (1,215sq ft). The units were bought close to the asking price of £155,000 each by The Stone Bake Oven Company. The Stone Bake Oven Company hand craft a range of authentic wood-fired ovens for indoor and outdoor use.

The second deal was the sale of Unit 16 to Trevor Hirst Cars. The 1,171sqft sq ft unit was bought also close to its asking price of £155,000. Trevor Hirst has bought the unit to restore and re-create veteran, vintage and classic cars.

Terrace Hill said: “There is no doubt that this is a challenging commercial property market, but these three transactions prove that deals can be done, provided the product, the price and the location are right.

Matthew Poplett, Head of Industrial & Logistics in the Southampton office, said: “Eighteen of the speculatively built units have now been sold and the last one is currently under offer.”
