Ann Taylor is making a move from commercial property to residential and will start a new role with FHP Living in September.
Property surveyor Ann has spent more than a decade in the commercial property sector and is looking forward to a new career heading up valuations at FHP Living, the leading estate agents and award-winning firm of chartered surveyors.
She says: “I felt it was time for a change. I have a passion for residential property so I decided to take this opportunity with FHP Living at a time when their agency team is expanding. I am looking forward to applying the skills I have developed over the years to the residential market and will ensure the same professionalism in the commercial world is applied to this residential market.
“I will be looking to expand and improve the profile of FHP Living in West Bridgford and beyond, with my key roles being expanding the existing property portfolio and alongside David Hargreaves setting up an acquisition and corporate lettings service.
“The acquisitions service will be designed for busy people who do not have the time to look for a house or apartment themselves. We will use our knowledge and expertise to help source properties for people across the county.”
Ann, who previously spent eight years at Innes England and three years prior to that at Lambert Smith Hampton is keen to maintain her contacts with the commercial property world and this will be achieved via the Corporate Lettings Service.
“This is an exciting new area of growth at FHP Living, working with both existing and new businesses and executives who are relocating to Nottingham.”
FHP Living partner David Hargreaves said: “We see Ann’s appointment as a real coup. She’s a fantastic surveyor and a real professional and we are delighted to welcome her to our agency. Ann will be based at the new FHP Living office in West Bridgford, and alongside Steve Parker will be able to boost our profile and provide specialist and individual advice to clients ensuring we meet and exceed their expectations on acquisitions and disposals.”
