Industrial and logistics experts at Colliers International and Jones Lang LaSalle have identified a new tenant for a unit on the South Liberty Lane trading estate on behalf of new landlords Threadneedle Property Investments Limited.
The Bristol based industrial agent’s signed the deal just 27 days after the initial inquiry for the 5,000 sq ft unit at Brookgate. Threadneedle’s pro-active approach to working with occupiers to meet their operational needs ensured the deal completed as quickly as it did.
The agents said the estate had continued to prove popular with businesses requiring immediate access to the city centre – just three miles away.
Will Duckworth from Jones Lang LaSalle said: “This major Bristol-based client was looking for warehousing facilities near its head office and this refurbished unit with office accommodation to the first floor fitted their requirement perfectly.”
Tom Watkins from Colliers International added: “Units on South Liberty Lane and Beeches Industrial Estate in Yate, also recently acquired by Threadneedle under a portfolio purchase, are being subject to a programme of refurbishment works as part of a scheme to create good quality sheds to meet current demand trends.“
