The property was confidentially marketed and was being run as a successful cafe business within Taunton town centre. The cafe had an area for 48 covers inside plus a pavement licence providing a further 44 covers. The business was available at a guide price of £99,950 and was subject to an assignment of a current lease with a passing rent of £15,000.
