F&C REIT have launched the sale of 160-166 High Street Kensington to the market, a prominent Central London freehold retail and office investment opportunity.
The period building comprises 21,524 sq ft of retail and office accommodation with 25 metres of unbroken frontage onto High Street Kensington, one of the West End’s most popular shopping streets.
Total income amounts to £1,254,000 per annum which includes the office accommodation and two retail units, occupied by Argos Ltd and Metro Bank Plc, with an average unexpired term of 9.8 years.
Offers are invited in excess of £23,700,000 subject to interest from the freehold interest. This reflects a net initial yield of 5%.
