Worcestershire’s large agricultural workforce will benefit from an increased minimum wage from the 1st October announces Parkinson Wright’s employment expert, Mark Heath.
For adults, non-flexible hourly rates will range from £6.10 to £9.14 depending on 1-6 pay grades based on 39 hour working week. Overtime rates of hourly pay will range from £9.15 to £13.71 depending on the grade. Other increased rates apply for flexible workers, apprentices and children of compulsory school age
