Acting on behalf of Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council, Hellier Langston has completed another letting at Fort Wallington Industrial Estate in Fareham. Unit F2-F3 8,101 sq. ft. (752.75 sq. m.) has been let to online sailing equipment retailer, Rooster Sailing. Rooster Sailing have taken a ten year lease with five year break at a rent equating to £5.50 per sq. ft.
Rooster Sailing are a leading Internet supplier of own brand technical dinghy clothing and specialist chandlery items and the new unit will allow them to continue their expansion. Cliff Shaw director of Rooster Sailing commented ‘We are moving from a number of smaller properties in Emsworth and consolidating into a single larger unit at Fort Wallington Industrial Estate. The unit provides just the right ratio of office and warehouse space which, coupled with the easy access from the motorway, should provide us with the necessary efficiencies to ensure the continued growth of the business’.
