Guardian Realty acquired the 10,500 Sq.ft building at 16-18 Marshalsea Road, SE1 from the Dunhill Medical Trust for £3.41M. WhiteCity Investment Brokerage, a UK property consultancy firm based in Israel, acted jointly with Ereira Mendoza on behalf of Guardian with Ingram Winter Green acting as legal counsel.
