Two Shropshire solicitors have joined forces in order to help revolutionise the provision of legal services by becoming part of Excello Law.
Lynn Hobbs and Katie Gray, who worked together previously in the commercial department of a county solicitors’ firm, today announced that their new business opportunity would enable them to offer a unique legal service to the Shropshire business community as consultants of Excello Law.
As part of a growing national law firm Lynn and Katie will provide their services using innovative and secure delivery channels.
Lynn and Katie said that this way of working provides a “fairly unique arrangement” that enables them to provide a “high quality legal service at a very competitive price”.
Excello Law has recently become part of the business portfolio of ex-Dragon James Caan and uses leading-edge technology to cut out the unnecessary overheads and waste normally associated with traditional law firms.
Lynn and Katie are well known faces within business networking clubs across the county have a reputation for working swiftly and professionally and between them boast 25 years of general commercial and commercial property experience.
They will be based in Telford and Newport and have said they are looking forward to starting their own business.
Lynn, who has worked for large commercial law firms in the past, said: “Katie and I will be able to charge very competitive rates as we won’t have the same overheads as solicitors on the high street.

Katie, who will be based in Newport, added: “From the moment Lynn and I first worked together we really hit it off both on a professional and personal basis. We have the same work ethos which makes it easier to work together and to provide a high level of service to clients.

“We will be offering a 10 per cent discount off our standard hourly rate for any transactions started before the end of May 2013.”
