Commercial property developer Jansons Property has appointed joint agents on the former Citroen UK headquarters in Bath Road, Slough.
Gerald Eve and Robert Stephens & Co. have been appointed to advise on the future development potential of the site at 221 Bath Road, which Jansons bought at the end of last year. The site currently comprises a two-storey office building that measures 135,000 sq ft, and a three-storey car park.
Subject to the necessary planning consent, the building could either remain as a headquarters office building or redeveloped for industrial use, car showroom space or a data centre. It is located along the southern side of the A4, and on the southern edge of the extensive Slough Trading Estate, which is home to more than 400 tenants including Fiat, GlaxoSmithKline and Mars. It is also two miles west of Slough town centre.
Andy Jansons, managing director of Jansons Property says: “Given the superb prominence of this site we are really keeping an open mind as to its potential future use.”
