Premier regional law firm Foot Anstey have advised Middle Eastern investors and London-based investment firm Yorktown Partners on their £19,000,000 acquisition of the Everything Everywhere’s Bristol office at Aztec West.
Foot Anstey’s specialist Islamic Finance, Banking and Private Equity lawyers have advised the Kuwaiti investors on a shariah compliant investment structure, financing documents and related security and intercreditor arrangements.
