Seven new tenants for Great Western Business Park

Birmingham Property Group’s refurbishment of units at Great Western Business Park is paying dividends with the letting of 7 units in as many weeks.  The units at Winson Green, ranging from 967 to 10,750 square feet, have attracted 7 new tenants in quick succession  Amongst the newly announced tenants are The Jamaican Food Company, Network Rail and Trishaz Treats, proving the broad appeal of the location to both new business ventures as well as more established organisations.

Joint letting agent Chris Keye of GBR Phoenix Beard is confident about the ongoing success of Great Western Business Park: “Phase 1 of the industrial estate is now 90% let, and we are certain that Phase 2 which is made up of 5 newly refurbished units of 2,150 square feet offered for sale will prove equally attractive to occupiers when released over the coming weeks.  Proximity to the motorway network and competitive pricing with units available to purchase for £139,000 are proving to be a real draw.”

Trishaz Treat, an expanding homemade Indian Food delivery service providing food to the office and university market, is one of the new tenants at Great Western Business Park.  The company now has locations in Birmingham, Solihull, Warwick, Coventry and Leamington Spa, and director Tarun Nanda is upbeat about moving to Great Western Business Park:

“Great Western Business Park ticked all of the right boxes for Trishaz Treat.  We need accessible premises with good proximity to our customers as well as being within easy reach of suppliers and staff.  We were also looking for a well maintained business location and reassurance on the security aspects of running a growing entrepreneurial business.  This move is significant for our business and offers an excellent platform for our ongoing expansion.”

Birmingham Properties Group purchased the units at Great Western Business Park earlier this year and has undertaken an extensive programme of refurbishment.
