BNP Paribas Real Estate has continued its recruitment drive for its transactional business by appointing David Herzog as a senior director in its West End office agency team from DTZ.
David, who has a strong track record in tenant / occupier work, has advised clients on more than 500,000 sq ft of West End office property over the last two years including the likes of Facebook, LinkedIn and Skype.
Speaking of the appointment, head of lettings & sales at BNP Paribas Real Estate, Ian Parish said: “This follows a raft of recent appointments and is part of our ongoing UK development plan to expand, particularly in our Central London transactional business. The West End office market is a key growth area for us and David’s appointment adds additional core expertise to our existing offer for our expanding client base.”
This appointment follows BNP Paribas Real Estate’s recent recruitment of Adrian Owen as UK head of residential consulting from Montagu Evans, Nadir Khan-Juhoor as director and head of the Edinburgh office agency from Knight Frank, Patrick Heaps as head of retail from Drivers Jonas Deloitte, Simon Williams as head of retail investment also from Drivers Jonas Deloitte, Steven Skinner as director from Savills and several other senior directors.
