Wiggins & Lockett have been instructed by A F Blakemore & Sons Ltd to oversee the disposal of their vacant shop portfolio in the UK.
The Shropshire based Surveyors specialise in the marketing of commercial premises together with management of client portfolios are now in their sixth year of trading. Anthony Wiggins, who handles the marketing and agency side of the business added,
“We are delighted to have been retained to assist A F Blakemore & Son in the overseeing of the marketing of vacant sections of their Spar Convenience Store portfolio. A F Blakemore continue to expand across the UK and this of course means that some premises are left vacant as they adapt their trading practices in specific areas. The properties are located in a wide variety of locations and some will offer quite a challenge.
