Leading South West construction management firm, We Are Ease, is going through a management buyout, with co-founder Dafydd Hollyman stepping into the role of Managing Director.
Dafydd says ‘When we set Ease up in 2016, I always believed that we could create something very special. As we continue to grow, evolve, and deliver exceptional buildings using construction management, we are very confident about our future. Our order book is bursting with ambitious projects across the entire region, and our team is expanding to meet the growing demand for a different way of getting projects built to the highest standards, and within the original budget. The time was right to restructure Ease, and our new leadership team is more than capable of guiding us through the growth ahead.’
Ease employs over 30 people, and provides full project and construction management, including development feasibility studies for commercial and residential projects. By employing their own project managers, site managers and quantity surveyors, Ease can work directly with the client and the design teams to develop a build solution that is achievable and within the agreed budget.
Notable projects include the very recent Sea Space aparthotel at Porth, Newquay, The Orangery at Deer Park Hotel, the Salcombe Beach Club Hotel and Spa, the magnificent Victoria Hotel’s new spa in Sidmouth, the luxury residential development Campbeltown Way in Falmouth and multiple spectacular projects across the Eden Project estate from their Rainforest Biome walkways to their new nursery facility. Additionally, We are Ease have worked on an impressive portfolio of complex and stunning high-end private homes across the region’s most beautiful but challenging locations.
