Commercial property consultancy Harris Lamb has relocated its 60 strong Birmingham team to a new office in Brindleyplace.
The business, which has been based in Francis Road, Edgbaston, for the past 21 years, has leased 5,391 sq ft of space on the fourth floor of 4 Brindleyplace to facilitate further growth, and further to a Cat A fit out, has now officially moved into the building,
Director Charles D’Auncey said: “This is a very exciting move for us, the time was right for the Business and the team. We wanted a central, sustainable and flexible office solution that would suit the needs of our multi-service team both professionally and personally.
“Brindleyplace needs no introduction, lying at the heart of the Second City, and offering superb amenities, multiple access links via train, tram and road, and an excellent business community within the complex itself.
The office has undergone an extensive fit out under the careful supervision of Harris Lamb’s own Project management and Building Consultancy team, with improvements including a new VRF heating and cooling system and LED lighting in order to achieve an EPC A rating.
The business has taken occupation today (4th November 2024).
Harris Lamb, which was established in 1992, is the region’s largest independently owned commercial property consultancy and has five further offices in Stoke, Nottingham, Dudley, Telford and Worcester, with the latter having been relocated from St Mary’s Street in the city centre to The Triangle, minutes from the M5, last year to aid the business’ expansion.
