Burston Cook working jointly with Colliers on behalf of the landlord, Southdowns Westpoint Row Limited has secured ADT Fire and Security PLC as a new tenant for the ground floor (2,354 sq. ft) of Unit 1, West Point Row, Bradley Stoke, Bristol.
ADT Fire and Security PLC, a business specalising in home security and fire safety products, has signed a five-year lease, relocating from Aztec West to take advantage of West Point Row’s modern office facilities and strategic location.
