London Councils take space at CIT’s 12 Arthur Street

BNP Paribas Real Estate has announced that London Councils, the collective of the London Boroughs and the City of London Corporation, has relocated its London office to CIT’s 12 Arthur Street, EC4, becoming the next tenant to show their commitment to this high quality office building in the heart of the City of London.

London Councils will occupy the 4th floor, comprising approximately 10,000 sq ft, which is Grade A newly refurbished office space.

Toby Croft, Head of Commercial at CIT commented: “This further letting reflects the quality of our office space at 12 Arthur Street, and I am very pleased to welcome London Councils to the building.”

12 Arthur Street offers newly refurbished Category A open plan space, with light on all elevations, new air conditioning, raised floors and high-quality end of trip facilities. The building has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment, to include a newly remodelled reception lobby, new Category A specification with all new M&E services and a state of the art end-of-trip facility, designed by award-winning Morrow + Lorraine Architects.

The building is within 80 meters walk of the new entrance to Bank station on Cannon Street, providing excellent connectivity and close to the vibrant City destinations of Leadenhall Market and Borough Market.

James Strevens, Head of City Agency at BNP Paribas Real Estate, added, “With constrained supply in the city and fitout costs only increasing, demand for high quality and well located spaces like 12 Arthur Street continues to grow, particularly within prime City locations. London Councils is a great new tenant for an exceptional building.”

Two floors remain available, of approximately 10,000 sq ft each.
