Rebecca Cook has been promoted to Head of Valuation at leading property consultants, Vickery Holman. With over 20 RICS Registered Valuers, Vickery Holman have the largest team of valuers covering the South West from Lands End to Gloucestershire.
Rebecca joined Vickery Holman in 2017 and quickly established herself as a key contributor to the growth of Vickery Holman, specialising in valuation related work.
‘Valuation is at the heart of our property services since it underpins all property transactions. Our team of RICS Registered Valuers provide valuation advice on commercial, residential and specialist sector property classes, including development, healthcare and leisure, for secured and non-secured lending purposes. Our team is located and live across the South West, which gives us excellent local and regional market knowledge, used to inform our valuations. I have exciting and ambitious plans for the future, and I’m delighted to have this opportunity to put those into action, with the support of the team’, said Rebecca. ‘Our valuations are provided for a range of properties from single properties to substantial portfolios, for purposes including taxation and expert witness, and we’re keen to grow these opportunities.’
