Dorrington has acquired 15-23 Lincoln’s Inn Fields. Located in the heart of Holborn, with a 50m frontage on the northern side of the prestigious garden square, the five interlinked buildings comprise circa 67,000 sq ft of office accommodation. The site has a rich architectural heritage; three of the buildings are Grade II listed and parts date back to the mid-18th Century.
Dorrington is well known for identifying assets with excellent fundamentals and restoring them to create inspiring workspaces. Proposals will be drawn up for new sustainable offices that celebrate and reveal the characterful original architecture of Phillip Webb, and Alfred Waterhouse whilst adding a 21st century “x factor”.
Dorrington was advised by Savills and the seller was advised by Knight Frank.
