With exceptional connections into central London and beyond, and with the very latest Third Space health club now open, P-Three has been appointed by Romulus as joint agents alongside Cushman & Wakefield to continue Wimbledon Quarter’s transformation into an exceptional mixed-use hub for retail, leisure, eating, drinking and soon to launch office spaces, all of which are being designed around the consumer of the future.
P-Three have been appointed due to their extensive leasing track record across the UK and London; delivering best in class brands to the best located assets. Wimbledon Quarter has undertaken a huge transformation under Romulus’ ownership; from creating a huge retractable roof and new public square, adding office uses, opening one the largest luxury gyms in London and starting development works for a new restaurant cluster, Wimbledon Quarter is now one of the exemplars of urban lifestyle schemes.
