Lloyds broker MNK has taken an additional floor within Merchant Land’s Square Mile development, 33 Creechurch Lane, adding 3,000 sq. ft. on a five-year lease.
The deal follows extensive refurbishment works at Creechurch Lane, with a design and fit-out project across floorplates, the reception area and shared spaces securing an EPC B rating.

Jonathan Beilin, Partner at Newton Perkins, said: “We’re pleased to have completed this latest deal for Merchant Land – it follows major investment in the refurbishment of the building, not only enhancing occupier experience, but securing major environmental improvements. Similar quality works are now being replicated for other vacant floors so it’s very encouraging to see the continued capital investment by our client in order to future proof the building.”
Katherine McCullough, Managing Director of Merchant Land, said: “33 Creechurch Lane has proven a successful location for MNK so it’s fantastic to see it expanding further, now occupying a total of 8,000 sq. ft. We invested heavily in the building to ensure that it meets the needs of current and future occupiers, which is driving positive conversations with potential occupiers.”
