SHW, on behalf of Arrow Capital Partners, has let the last remaining space at Arrow Point Crawley to Leo Cancer Care. The industrial/warehouse development is now fully let.
Unit 2, comprising 19,000 sq ft. has been taken on a new 10-year lease. The scheme, which was developed for Arrow’s Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) joint venture with Cerberus, is located in the Manor Royal Business District offering easy connectivity to Gatwick Airport, London, Brighton and the M25 motorway. on a 10-year lease.
The units at Arrow Point have achieved EPC A and BREEAM Very Good certification.
